Hang with the herd
Soak up the sights, sounds and smells of the forest surrounded by free roaming mustangs
Service Description
Forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) is a Japanese wellness technique in which we surround ourselves with nature and immerse our senses in the environment. It is an excellent place to become grounded and present. There are many well documented mental and physical health benefits. This is a supervised but unguided experience in nature. Your facilitator will show you to the forest and allow you to explore the area or choose a place to sit and enjoy the surroundings. Horses are free to interact with you up close or at a distance if they choose to. You may also choose to spend your forest bathing time just outside of their pasture so you can observe them from a distance if that's more comfortable for you. For a more active, physically challenging experience with horses, we recommend booking our Wild Horse Hiking. Please note: no pets are allowed. Please contact us to make arrangements for any service animals.
